Roles and Responsibilities:
- Possess a deep & clear understanding of various business processes and able to visualize business requirements
- Configure SAP BCM and ensure smooth communication between a company and its banks using integration tools like SAP CPI.
- Manage outgoing payments (batching, approvals, etc.,) via MT101, and MT100 functionalities and present subsequent status info
- Manage to automate incoming bank statements using MT940 functionality and facilitate automatic bank reconciliation.
- Ensure the accuracy and security of financial data exchanged with banks.
- Automate bank communication processes for efficiency and error reduction.
- Well-versed in preparing documentation such as Blueprint, functional specifications, test scripts & user manuals
- Possess deep knowledge of SAP BCM functionalities and best practices, keeping up-to-date with advancements.
- Troubleshoot the issues and optimize SAP BCM for ongoing use, ensuring a smooth run of SAP BCM.
- Clearly explain the technical aspects of SAP BCM to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and banking teams to maintain efficient communication.
- Provide hands-on training to users
Client’s Remote Deployment Requirement & Delivery:
- VPN and System access for Offshore Consultant.
- Necessary documentations.
- Dedicated Point of Contact.
- Consultant interview can be arranged if the client insists.
- Access to Data Resources.
- List of Security Protocols.
- 1 weeks' notice to mobilize resources
Client’s Onsite Deployment Requirement & Delivery:
- Consultant interview within 2 weeks.
- Consultant deployment within 45-60 days.
- Workspace and Equipment to be provided.
- Consultant interview can be arranged if the client insists.
- Necessary documentation and training (If applicable).
- Security clearance (If applicable).
